On 18th November, the 5th Steering Committee Meeting of the ADRIPASS project went digital through the virtual gathering.
The Project Partners stated the finalisation of the ‘Transnational Strategy for Transnational Strategy for the Improvement of Multimodal Transport and Accessibility in the ADRION region’ and the involvement of the Associated Partners in the signatures regarding the Letter of Support (instead of former MoU). The Central European Initiative (CEI), the Lead Partner of the ADRIPASS project, also stated the ongoing work on slightly revised deliverables such as the High-level Stakeholder meeting, transformed into a roundtable discussion to be held during the Final Conference that will go digital.
EGTC Euregio Senza Confini, the partner in charge of leading the communication activities, presented the state of play of the communication activities and the remaining deliverables. In addition to the planned communication activities, EGTC also provided an overview to the project partners on further dissemination activities to be broadcast via social media before the final conference, in order to better promoting ADRIPASS project and to attract a wider audience for the final conference. The new dissemination activities include a series of promotional videos realised with the support of the 5 selected ports involved in the pilot actions and a series of video interviews with selected stakeholders mainly focused on the results and the benefits obtained within the project.
The Lead Partner – CEI-Executive Secretariat has finally presented the final conference agenda and the state of the art of the general management of the project. Once again, participants highlighted the significance of inviting relevant institutions to the final conference that will be held on next 2 of December and will go fully digital.
The last Steering Committee meeting of the ADRIPASS project concluded with the remarks from the Lead Partner CEI, thanking the project partners for the excellent project results achieved and the quality cooperation of the partnership demonstrated during the last three years.
